RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase with U.Mi-1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please send the unused item(s) in its original, clean, unworn condition and with all the tags attached, in its original packaging, within 5 days of your delivery date, back to us.

 

A copy of the invoice and a completed Return Form must be included with your return. Items received after 5 days, or merchandise that is found to be worn, soiled or damaged or items with any tag removed will not be refunded. We do not reimburse shipping fees. You are responsible for the any goods that are being returned until we receive them. Therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage. Please allow up to 10 working days once we receive your package for processing time. You will receive confirmation via e-mail when your return/exchange has completed. The refund will be issued through the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.

The following items are Not Refundable: Items past the returns deadline, merchandise that is unclean, damaged, has been worn or has a scent. Merchandise without all original tags attached are not refundable and can not be exchanged. Sale and discounted items can be exchanged only.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please send back your unworn garment, and upon receiving it, we will charge or credit the difference in price to your credit card or send you a paypal request or refund. Please request your exchange on the Return Form. Please note that it takes us up to 10 working days to process returns and exchanges. You will receive an email when you are refunded. You will also receive an email when your exchange is shipped.
